After 3+ years of dedicated work on our site,ElderlyElder.com is now pleased to "pass on the torch" and offer ownership to you.

As you can tell, this has been a work of joy for us, but unfortunately, we are unable to continue with the responsibilities due to personal priorities.

The site has allowed us to connect with thousands of seniors around the world, and your emails have inspired us to continue.

ElderlyElder.com was originally intended to be a "work of pleasure", but does show potential profitability. Our traffic is increasing, although we have done no advertising or promotions whatsoever. The "repeat visitors" shows that our readership is devoted.

This site is poised for profitability if your goals are more financial. With even simple cross-promotions, the traffic (and revenues) could increase exponentially with little effort. At this time, the site is paying for itself, so any additional income would be Profit.

With approximately 50,000 total Visits during 2011 , our readerships is demographically focused upon an "elderly" audience that has interest in travel, health, and is web-savvy -- considered a valuable sector that is typically difficult to penetrate.

If however, you wish to embrace our readers for the love of it (as we have), ElderyElder.com will offer an ongoing connection with seniors worldwide, and a wonderful hobby to enjoy for years to come.

Finally, we are subscribed to SBI program. This wonderful system makes website development and maintenance simple for the average person (no programming required). There is a fee for the SBI service (about $30/mo, paid directly to SBI, not to us) but it is widely regarded as one of the most valuable & reliable services on the web. NOTE that we are not affiliated with SBI in any way, except as a current customer. If, however, you choose to run this site independently, we can offer the site opted-out from SBI (no preference to us either way, except for our generic recommendation for the SBI system). You could go month-to-month for a few months, then decide to stay with SBI system, or continue independently. Your choice.

Facts & Figures

Over the last 6 months the site has been enjoying an increase in our audience. Our readers are staying longer, and reading more pages (see Report below).

Cashflow

Currently, Elderlyelder.com is paying for itself.

Expenses:

The only current expenses are the subscription fees to the "SBI" system, of approximately $35 per month. Virtually all costs associated with the website are included in this single subscription

Revenues:

Over the past 6 months (May to Nov 2011) the Income for the site has been covering the Expenses. See Report below (source: Google Adsense Report)

Advertising Revenue Projection

All of the income for the site is currently generated from the "Google Adsense" program (see Report above). However, there are frequent inquiries from "private advertisers". At this time, no private advertising system has been setup or implemented, and these potentially profitable inquiries have not been capitalized upon whatsoever.

These potential advertisers are offering goods & services targeted at the Senior market (examples: wheelchair and mobility solutions, travel agencies with special Seniors' packages, etc).

While no advertising rates have been established, for projection purposes the following may be considered:

7. Is the site built with SiteBuilder's block system, or is it uploaded?- block system

8. Are the rights to all images included?- no

9. What are the Search Engine rankings? - #4,231,837 in the world according to the three-month Alexa traffic rankings

11. How many inbound or back links does the site have?- apprx 100 (inbound link exchange program not commenced yet)

12. Is there any part of the site that is NOT included?- everything included as-is.

13. What monetization models are in use on the site?- google adsense

14. What is the monthly/annual income?- not fully monetized (nor effort to do so yet), but income approx $35/month (100% pays for itself)

15. What is the asking price for the site?$2450 USD

16. Is there any additional information about the site to share? For example...

i) Are there any parked domain names with a related site name? If so, are they being sold with the site? - no

ii) Is there a regular newsletter or ezine? If so, how often is it sent out? How many subscribers are there? If there is a free gift offered with the ezine sign up, does that gift remain with the site? - no, not implemented yet, so opportunity for new owner

I, the seller, hereby warrant that the above statements are the entire truth, that I have the sole right to sell the abovementioned site, and that I will not build another one that competes with this one for at least 2 years.

I will not solicit visitors, subscribers or any other persons who follow or communicate with me in connection with this site in any way.
